Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
At Revival Diamonds, our commitment is to provide top-quality jewelry and lab-grown diamonds to our valued customers. We assure you that all jewelry purchased from our platform is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Furthermore, the optical properties of our lab-grown diamonds are guaranteed not to fade or cloud over time.
Our diamonds and jewelry adhere to the highest standards, utilizing the finest materials. Each item undergoes a meticulous inspection at both our factory and distribution facility before shipment.
We extend a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all our customers, irrespective of the item's price and type. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase, exclusive to transactions made at Revival Diamonds, and is non-transferrable.
While we proudly stand behind our products, certain defects are excluded from the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. These exclusions include general wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage. Additionally, fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care is not covered.
Normal wear on precious metals, particularly prongs, is expected over time and is not considered a manufacturing defect. The loss of a stone due to trauma or damage is not covered. Any third-party repairs or services completed by a company other than Revival Diamonds will void the warranty.
Should you encounter an issue with your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to send your jewelry to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the jewelry to determine if the damage is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If covered, we will either complete the necessary work or, at our discretion, replace the item at no charge and ship it back to you. If the damage is not covered, we will email you a price quote for your approval before proceeding with the repair.

Normal wear and tear may necessitate repairs and maintenance for your jewelry. These services are available at our US facility, and we strive to keep repair costs low while ensuring the piece's integrity. Repairs by third-party jewelers will void our warranty. Common repairs include replacing side stones, tightening prongs, re-polishing, re-plating rhodium, or thorough cleaning. You cover the shipping to us, and we cover the return shipping. For international orders, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer ring resizing due to taxes levied during importation.
Free Ring Resizing
If you've ordered a ring and love it but need a different size, worry not! We offer one free ring resizing within 30 days of purchase (US orders). Ship the ring to us, and we'll handle the rest. If resizing is not possible, we'll inform you and provide options.
Moreover, enjoy free ring resizing once per year for a lifetime (US orders)! Simply cover the shipping to us, and we'll cover the return shipping. Please note that we resize rings as long as the ring's integrity can be maintained. If resizing is not feasible after multiple attempts, you may opt for a new setting or additional repairs at an extra charge.
