PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Price Match is valid only for loose lab-grown diamonds, not finished jewelry.
2. The competing price must be publicly visible and not a unique or individual sale.
3. Compared diamonds must share identical characteristics in Carat weight, Cut, Color, and Clarity.
4. Price Match applies before the purchase; no post-purchase requests will be considered.
5. Customers must provide a link to the competitor's diamond for verification.
6. The competitor must be a legitimate certified retailer, not an individual or private seller.
7. Competitor pricing must be in USD, applicable at the time of verification, and the diamond must be in stock.
8. Special promotions, rebates, gift certificates, bundled products, and certain offers are not eligible.
9. Pawn shops, auctions, and influencer/affiliate partner offers are ineligible.
10. Price Match evaluations may take up to two business days, and decisions will be communicated promptly, with a one-time coupon code issued for successful matches.
