Welcome to Revival Diamonds' hassle-free 30-day return policy, exclusively designed for our valued customers in the United States. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured that we've got you covered. Here's how our return process works:
Return Policy Overview
At Revival Diamonds, we want your shopping experience to be worry-free. Our return policy covers various scenarios:
- All special orders, including Truly Custom special orders, can be returned for store credit.
- Pre-designed styles and Design Your Ring styles are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
- To qualify for a return, the products must remain in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original documentation provided at the time of purchase.
- Returns must include the lab-grown diamond certificate, where applicable. Failure to include the certificate will result in a $100 replacement fee per missing card.
- Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized by any entity other than Revival Diamonds cannot be returned.
- Returns displaying signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
- Packages lacking a Return Shipping Authorization Number or packages refused upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to restrict access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of individuals engaging in abusive return practices. Please refer to our full Returns Abusers policy in the Returns section of our Terms & Conditions page here.
How to Initiate a Return

Initiate Your Return: If your order qualifies for a return, we'll send you a FedEx shipping label via email, complete with your Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number remains valid for seven (7) days, and you can start the process in one of three ways:

Prepare Your Return:
- Ensure all original packaging, your return packing slip, and any diamond certificates are included. Failure to return the diamond certificate will result in a $100 deduction from your refund.
- Place your jewelry item(s) inside the original jewelry box.
- Insert the jewelry box containing your items into a shipping box. We recommend using the original shipping box from your order or obtaining a FedEx box from a local FedEx store.
- Place the return packing slip within the shipping box with your jewelry.
- Seal the shipping box and affix the prepaid label to its exterior. For security reasons, avoid labeling the package with words like "jewelry" or "diamonds."

Ship Your Return:
- Drop off your package at the nearest FedEx location. Please note that neither Revival Diamonds nor FedEx is responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or locations without FedEx staff.
- Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment; this receipt also serves as insurance confirmation.
- If you choose an alternative shipping method, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For added security, ensure your shipment is fully secured, request a return receipt to confirm delivery to Revival Diamonds, and demand a signature upon delivery. Revival Diamonds bears no responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Refund Process

Receipt and Inspection:
- Upon receipt of your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and validate the item's condition.
- Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the receipt and inspection process.

Refund:
- Refunds for special orders, including Truly Custom special orders, will be issued as store credit to the account used for the purchase. You remain responsible for any payments on your original payment method.
- Refunds for pre-designed styles and Design Your Ring styles will be credited to the original payment method or issued by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash, or required special processing.
- Credit card refunds may take up to one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear.
